Espero vuestros comentarios.

  1. Hi José Ramón!

First of all, I would like to congratulate you about your Blog BPM Wasabi… I was reading some articles and it is really good!
The video presenting an introduction to BPM is simply great!

I’m a great fan of BPM, BPMSs, BPMN and all BPM Stuff…
And also a great fan of GTD!!!
And I really enjoy your initiative mapping GTD using BPMN!

Well, let me write some little comments to discuss:
    1) I think the tasks should be registered in the beginning of the process and just be updated after each activity.
    2) The tasks which will be done someday should be kept on the “radar”. Therefore they should not be simply finished (like a trash or reference).
    3) I think the rescheduled tasks should not back to the beginning of the process. Maybe they could just back to the calendar activity.
    4) After “delegate task” there are 2 tasks, “receive delegated tasks” and “delegated tasks performance”, I think there is something wrong there.
    5) And finally, I think the tasks should have different treatment according their nature. In other words the task which has been registered on the calendar has one behavior and the other which must be done now should have other treatment.

Well, these are things which I’ve seen in a fast reading.

But congratulations! I really really really enjoyed the initiative and the model.
